1. Overview and Scope
a. Service Usage: These terms and conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to the use of services provided by Sellboost Finder, including the free trial version, excluding cost-related aspects (the trial is free) and duration, determined exclusively by Sellboost Finder.
b. Effective Date: This agreement is valid from the date of express acceptance by the Customer, whether through online registration, verbal, or written contract.
2. Acceptance of Terms
a. Compliance and Registration: By accepting these Terms, you confirm having read and understood them and agree to comply with them. You ensure that the information provided during registration is truthful and complete.
b. Legal Representation: If you act on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
3. Service Description
a. Included Features: Sellboost Finder offers a search service and other additional services according to the subscribed plan. Any new functionality or service improvement is also governed by these Terms
b. Availability and Support: We strive to keep the service accessible, except during scheduled maintenance or for reasons beyond our reasonable control.
4. Service Provision
a. Service Provider: Sellboost Solutions S.L., located in Las Palmas, Spain, is the entity responsible for providing Sellboost Finder services.
5. Commitment and Duration
a. Sellboost Finder’s Obligations: We commit to providing services by these Terms
b.Continuity and Cancellation: Services are provided on annual or monthly periods, as chosen by the Customer, who can cancel the service at the end of each period without the right to prorate or refund for partial services.
6. Service Usage
a. Registration and Authorization: To access our services, you must be a registered Customer of Sellboost Finder and accept these Terms.
b. Usage Restrictions: You agree to use the service exclusively for internal business purposes and in compliance with the law. You may not engage in activities such as resale, service alteration, unauthorized access, illegal uses, or any action that interferes with the operation and security of the service.
7. Customer Content
a. Ownership and Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you upload or transmit through the service.
b. Express Prohibitions: You may not incorporate racist, xenophobic, pornographic, or illegal content.
8. Prices and Payments
a. Charges and Frequency: Payments for service usage will be made annually or monthly, depending on the contracted plan.
b. Applicable Taxes: Prices will have IGIC added for customers in the Canary Islands and other applicable taxes.
9. Customer Obligations
a. Proper Use and Confidentiality: You must use the services correctly and responsibly and maintain the confidentiality of your access data.
b. Payment for Services: You agree to pay for services according to the established rates and conditions.
10. Sellboost Finder’s Liability and Guarantees
a. Service Level: We provide our services with a reasonable level of competence and diligence.
b. Limitation of Warranties: We do not guarantee aspects not expressed in these Terms, and services are provided “as is.”
11. Intellectual Property
