Product indexing #
Product indexing determines which products are available for search in the Finder.
In general, the active products in your shop will be available in the Finder. In addition, if your platform is Prestashop, the product will have to be configured in the visibility option with a value of ‘store-wide’ or ‘search results only’.
Indexing options:
- Index all products: all active products in the shop are included, ignoring their stock.
- Index only products with available stock: Only products with a stock greater than 0 are included in the search engine.
- Index products with stock available and products without stock enabled for sale: Products with stock and those without stock that have the ‘sale without stock’ option activated are indexed.
Remember to synchronise the shop after modifying this configuration for the changes to take effect.
