Custom Sorting is a feature that allows you to change the order in which items appear when your customers search for something. By default, Finder organizes everything based on its algorithm and shows customers what it thinks is most relevant.
However, with custom sorting, you can decide what appears first and what comes after.
It’s important to be careful when making changes to this section, as it can disrupt other settings that you may have set up nicely.
If you ever make changes and the results aren’t what you expected, don’t worry! You can always reset everything and make the necessary adjustments. Just keep in mind that custom sorting alters the natural order of results and can reduce the effectiveness of the ‘Search Fields’ configuration.
